The Cefferina Collective – Commission Policy

Welcome to the magic of custom-made adornments! At The Cefferina Collective, every commissioned piece is a soulful collaboration between your vision and our hands. To keep things flowing smoothly and honor both our energies, here’s our cozy little policy for custom orders:

1. Let’s Co-Create: Commission Process ☀️✨

When you’re ready to bring a custom piece to life, we’ll begin with a brief consultation. This can be through messages, email, or a voice note—whatever feels natural. You can share your ideas, intentions, color preferences, crystal energies, or simply the vibe you’re going for. We’ll work together to map out the design direction.

2. 50% Deposit to Begin💵💳

To lock in your commission and begin the crafting process, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. This helps cover materials, time, and the sacred energy we pour into creating your one-of-a-kind piece.

The remaining 50% will be due upon completion, just before shipping or delivery.

3. Timeframes & Flow 🍃✨

Each piece is hand-made with love, so please allow 1–3 weeks for creation depending on the complexity and current queue. You’ll receive updates along the way, including progress pics if desired—because watching magic happen is half the fun.

4. Edits & Adjustments✨

Small tweaks are welcomed early in the process. Once the piece is complete, major design changes may not be possible. If you have a change of heart mid-process, let’s chat! We’ll see what we can do while respecting the materials and energy already woven in.

5. Refunds & Cancellations🤷🏾✨

Deposits are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to cancel after the deposit is paid, we honor the time and resources invested up to that point. Once a piece is completed and paid in full, all sales are final.

 

6. No Holds / Holding Policy🙅🏽♀️✨

 

We don’t currently offer holds on completed items or commissions without a deposit. We lovingly encourage you to only commit when you’re fully ready to move forward.

7. Jewelry Care & Responsibility💁🏾✨

• We’ll provide care tips with every order. Following these will keep your piece shining and strong.

• The Cefferina Collective is not responsible for damage due to improper handling, storage, or exposure to water, lotions, or other elements unless otherwise noted as safe.

• Please treat your jewelry like the magical, delicate art it is.

8. Custom Crystal Disclaimer🔮✨

We work intuitively and intentionally with crystals. While we believe in the metaphysical energy of stones, these items are not intended to replace medical advice or treatment. They are sacred tools, but your power always comes from within.

Custom pricing is based on:

• Materials (stones, chains, specialty findings)

• Time & labor

• Complexity of design

• Energetic work and intention-setting process
